We are not a call centre. Our team of PAs carry out the full suite of duties as you would expect if you were employing them in your own business. From the dull and mundane to the highly skilled – you concentrate on what’s best for you and we’ll look after everything else.
Our pricing is based on time and many tasks can be carried out with our telephone answering service as priced. Beyond message taking, our standard rate for all other administrative tasks is £25 + vat per hour and this is billed in 15 minute increments.
We operate on a ‘what is fair’ arrangement so you get a high level of service at a great price and we ensure we’re able to pay really great people what they deserve. Seem fair?
